Russ Hamm - President & Founder

Prior to that, he collaborated with Bell Labs on large-scale digital systems for music and film, and was president of Gotham Audio Corporation and G Prime Limited, a leading distributor of professional audio products.
Hamm has led media industry engineering and technical organizations and twice received the Audio Engineering Society Board of Governors award for outstanding service. He is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York, Recording Academy, Society of Motion Picture and Television Engineers and the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers.

Currently, Gold is Chairman of the Board of Rainbow Broadband and is Chairman and Founder of Gold Venture Group. Prior to starting his own firm, Gold was an Executive Vice President at a $500 million venture capital firm. Before his involvement in venture capital he was an analyst at the New York-based institutional research firm Merger Insight, and has also worked in investment banking at Forest Hill Capital Management and Lehman Brothers.
